Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms and Contractual Relationship

By visiting the Crossfield Society website, registering on the platform, or utilizing the digital services offered, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules and guidelines published on the platform. This text serves as a legal contract concluded between Crossfield Society and you, our valued users. If any clause of these terms is not suitable for you or is unacceptable, please immediately cease visiting our site and using our services. We reserve the right to update the current terms at any time; therefore, it is recommended that you check this page at regular intervals.

2. Use of Service and Community Ethics

The Crossfield Society platform was established for the purposes of information sharing and professional development. Users undertake to use the platform only for purposes in accordance with the law and general morality. Behaviors that restrict use include: • Exhibiting any kind of threat, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory attitude toward community members. • Engaging in cyberattack attempts aimed at disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure, stealing data, or gaining unfair access. • Producing spam content or spreading misleading information in a way that disturbs the peace of other users. • Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted content that violates intellectual property rights. • Using the platform as an aggressive commercial advertising or direct sales channel without the explicit written permission of the management.

3. Membership Processes and Account Responsibility

Participation in the Crossfield Society community provides access to exclusive content and networks offered by the platform. By creating a membership, you declare that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the password security of your account and to take the necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access. Any transaction performed through your account will be considered performed by you. In case of suspected security breach, you should contact us without delay. Accounts that provide misleading information or engage in unethical behavior may be unilaterally suspended by the management.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All contents including design elements, software codes, logos, texts, graphics, exclusive research articles, and visual materials published on our website are the legal property of Crossfield Society or third-party rights holders. These contents are protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, publishing in other media, or using the contents for commercial purposes without the written consent of Crossfield Society is strictly prohibited. Regarding the content shared by users on the platform, it is accepted that Crossfield Society is granted a worldwide, free, and limited license to use the content only for display and publication within the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty

Crossfield Society makes no express or implied warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of cyber threats. 6. Suspension and Termination of Service

Crossfield Society reserves the right to suspend the service provided to any user in whole or in part, freeze the account, or terminate it permanently in accordance with violations of community rules, legal requirements, or strategic decisions of the platform. This right may be exercised with or without notice at the management's discretion. Users who wish to terminate their membership can request account deletion from the settings panel; however, this may not mean that previously shared anonymized data or records that are legally required to be retained will be deleted.

7. Governing Law and Competent Courts

These Terms of Service are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any legal process is subject to this legal system. In case any dispute arising from the Terms of Service or the use of the platform cannot be resolved through amicable solutions; the Istanbul (Central/Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are designated as exclusively authorized. The user accepts, declares, and undertakes this jurisdiction clause irrevocably.
